Terms of Service

   Veritas Ask is an online research service operated by MAŃSKI AI s.r.o. These terms apply to individual and team accounts. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for any organisation you represent.

   The service supports research, document analysis and drafting. AI outputs can be incorrect or incomplete. Verify sources and conclusions before professional use. The service does not replace legal advice, clinical judgement or an official decision.

3. 03

   Keep your account secure and upload only material you are entitled to process. You retain your rights in your content and permit its processing to provide the requested service. Do not submit classified information or sensitive personal data without an agreed institutional deployment.

4. 04

   The selected plan, usage limits, billing period and total price are shown before payment. Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Team plans require at least three seats. Monthly usage allowances reset each calendar month in UTC and do not roll over.

5. 05

   A paid subscription starts after payment is confirmed and renews for the selected monthly or annual period. Cancel renewal through Manage subscription before the next renewal date. Access continues until the paid period ends. Failed payments may suspend paid features; cancellation does not delete saved work.

6. 06

   Consumers may withdraw from an online service contract within 14 days of conclusion. Send a clear withdrawal request to our email or postal address, identifying the account and purchase. Requesting immediate access does not itself waive statutory rights. Any proportionate charge for service already supplied requires the conditions prescribed by law.

7. 07

   Report service defects, billing disputes and refund requests to our contact email. Statutory consumer remedies and mandatory liability rules remain unaffected. Consumers may seek out-of-court resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority at coi.gov.cz or the competent body in their country.

8. 08

   We may restrict access where necessary to address unlawful use or a security incident. Material contractual changes and price changes require advance notice and an opportunity to end renewal before they apply. Czech law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection in your country. Contact us to request changes to a team contract.
