Privacy Policy

   Optional product analytics are off by default. With consent, we record action names, public page paths and timestamps; signed-in events may be linked to your account. We do not include questions, answers, document content or search terms. Change your choice in Analytics preferences; withdrawing consent also deletes events linked to your account. This choice does not disable records necessary for billing, security or service operation.

   Weekly feedback is voluntary. We store your rating, selected area, optional details and account, language, profession and plan references so authorised administrators can review problems and improvements. Feedback is included in your data export and deleted with your account; you can also request its deletion through our contact page. Please do not include confidential information.

   MAŃSKI AI s.r.o. is the controller for account administration, billing, support and service security. For organisational content, roles and instructions must be agreed with the institution before personal data is processed. Contact us using the details below for privacy requests.

   We process account identity and email, preferences, submitted prompts and files, generated answers, project and team membership, usage records, security events and support messages. Payment services process payment details; Veritas Ask stores billing references and subscription status, not complete payment card numbers.

   Account and research processing is necessary to provide the contracted service. Billing records also serve legal obligations. Security and abuse prevention serve our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Optional marketing requires a separate lawful basis; submitting a support request does not subscribe you to marketing.

   Hosting, authentication, AI processing and payment providers receive data needed for their respective tasks. Organisation members see shared content according to their permissions. An EU company address does not mean all processing occurs only in the EU. Processing locations, recipients and any international-transfer safeguards must be confirmed for each institutional deployment before sensitive data is submitted.

   Content is kept while it is stored in your workspace, until you remove it or apply the organisation’s retention policy. Account deletion is available in Settings, subject to resolving organisational ownership and billing. Necessary accounting, security and dispute records may be retained for applicable legal periods. Backup and supplier retention must be confirmed in the deployment agreement.

8. 08

   Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it. You may complain to the Czech data protection authority at uoou.gov.cz or your local supervisory authority. We do not use research outputs to make solely automated decisions with legal effects about you.
