It places particular emphasis on confidentiality, the protection of client information, technological competence, verification of outputs and professional responsibility.

Examples include contractual confidentiality or zero-data-retention arrangements, a DPA, appropriate technical safeguards or a secured environment and, where appropriate, processing within the EU/EEA.

Customer Content is not used to train Veritas Ask. Inference, security logging and retention are separate processes governed by the applicable agreement.
Where is our data stored and processed?
Customer data is stored and processed within the European Union, including AI inference.
Does our information leave Europe?
The standard service has no exception for routine processing or support outside the EU. Changes require prior agreement and applicable legal safeguards.
Can we upload confidential documents?
Authorised professional work with personal data is permitted under the applicable legal basis and DPA. Sensitive data requires an agreed controlled deployment. Classified information is excluded from the standard service.
Can we compare Veritas with another AI?
Yes. Use the same authorised or anonymised documents and question. Compare source accuracy, missing evidence, uncertainty and the human correction required.
How do individual and university licences differ?
Individual access follows the selected plan and limits. Team plans start at three seats. University and institutional licences require agreed seats, usage and contractual conditions.
