Cookie Policy

The website uses session and security mechanisms for sign-in, a language preference and interface preferences such as theme or sidebar state. These support the service you request. The language preference cookie lasts up to 365 days. Session cookies follow the active authentication session and applicable renewal; local interface preferences remain until changed or cleared in the browser. We do not claim a single fixed expiry for every authentication mechanism.

Authentication and payment services may use their own necessary storage on the relevant page. The application does not add advertising trackers. Removing session storage may sign you out; clearing interface preferences resets those choices.

Optional product analytics are off by default and enabled only with consent. We record action names, public page paths and timestamps; signed-in events may be linked to the account. We do not include questions, answers, document content or search terms in those optional events. The consent preference cookie lasts 180 days unless changed or removed sooner.

Change or withdraw your choice in Analytics preferences in the footer. Withdrawing consent also deletes optional events linked to your signed-in account and stops future optional collection. Analytics use a 90-day rolling retention window, with older-event cleanup run when collection next executes; it is not represented as a continuously scheduled cleanup. Withholding consent does not prevent access to the Service.

Necessary authentication, billing, usage-limit and security records have their own purposes and legal bases in the Privacy Policy. They are not silently included in optional analytics consent, and withdrawing analytics consent does not disable records required to operate and protect the requested Service. Voluntary satisfaction feedback is a separate function with its own retention and purpose.
